Mbira curious? Join us once a month on the first Friday from 5-7 pm to explore Shona music through the lens of one of their oldest instruments: the mbira. We bring the mbira, you bring your curiosity and enthusiasm! Free and open to everyone, regardless of age or experience.
Our first event is this Friday, September 4, in rural Louisville on Catherine Hunziker’s ‘kumusha’ acreage close to Coal Creek: 9722 Empire Road, Louisville, CO 80027.
Pull in by the farm-stand and follow the signs to park diagonally along the sides of the drives, or beyond, if all those spots are filled. If you are having trouble, feel free to call Catherine at 720-629-3049 for further directions.
